Being a dragon is a death sentence. Being a Tasker might be worse. Jean-Michel is both.

Senias is a shifted dragon, working as a special operative for the very organization out to kill him.

Under his alias, Jean-Michel Raudine, he is a tasker - an agent above all others within Crimson; the organization governing all supernaturals. Bound by an ancient oath to a family of dragon mages, he can survive in a human body, but is he losing his true self to the world he has adapted to?

Gabriel Kennedy, a well-known CEO with secrets, serves as a Councilor in Crimson's justice system. What will he do when he discovers his tasker is breaking the law by simply existing?

Jean-Michel's life is a series of dangerous missions, while Gabriel's is filled with lonely meetings, until doppelgängers are discovered. Are they up to something sinister?

With lives hanging in the balance, can Jean-Michel navigate a perilous path to help Gabriel solve the case before the Crimson Council descends into chaos? Or will they become victims of the doppelgangers and the corruption around them?
