App just stopped working all together. Can't log in or order at all. Been like this a few weeks now and contacting anyone is impossible. Just useless. Gonna buy another coffee machine because this has become a complete waste of time. I mean, Woolies sell the machine but not the coffee. Ridiculous

it seems not to be working, nor are the contact numbers working. The app still does not work, no one answers emails or what app messages. Service is obviously off no importance to Nespresso.

wow just a terrible experience, 1st time using it, applied a r500 voucher, and at payment types, i vould not chsnge thebpayment type, now the order is stuck at pending payment, u cant event change the payment type at this point. thats now a r500 voucher gone....
