Lanturne Dusk: Lighthouse Face

Lanturne Dusk sets the Help button on the lamp of the Lanturne lighthouse, drawn in the colors of the evening, with the time in large digits above.

WHAT IS ON THE FACE

• The time in large, solid digits, with AM or PM and the date under it
• Help on the lighthouse lamp, the largest button on the face
• Two complications, one on each side of Help
• The Lanturne lighthouse in the colors you choose

COLORS

Press and hold the face and edit it to pick a Background and an Accent. There are four of each, so the face has sixteen color combinations.

• Background: Dusk, Midnight, Sepia, Sea glass
• Accent: Gold and pink, Gold and blue, Gold and copper, Lemon and rose

CHANGING IT

The complications show whatever the wearer picks: battery, steps, heart rate, sunset or anything else the watch offers. To change one, press and hold the face and edit it, the same way as on any Wear OS watch face.

HELP

Tapping Help on the face opens the Help button in the Lanturne app on the watch. Holding that button for three seconds sends an alert to the person who looks after the wearer. The face itself sends nothing. It is the shortcut that keeps Help one tap away.

ALWAYS-ON

When the watch dims, only a smaller clock, the date and the word Help stay lit, which keeps the always-on screen easy on the battery.

WORKS WITH LANTURNE: SENIOR SAFETY

This is a watch face for Lanturne: Senior Safety, and the Help button needs the Lanturne app on the watch. Without the app, Help has nothing to open.

Lanturne: Senior Safety turns a smartwatch into a daily check-in with alerts. You set it up on your phone, the person you look after wears the watch, and you get an alert when a check-in is missed, when the watch stops reporting, when Help is pressed, or when the watch detects a fall.

WHAT THIS WATCH FACE DOES NOT DO

It shows the time and opens the Lanturne app. It does not detect anything, send anything or alert anybody on its own. All of that belongs to the Lanturne app.

It reads no health data of its own. Heart rate, steps and the other complications are ordinary Wear OS complications, filled by whatever the wearer picks, exactly as on any other face.
