Resaka is a bilingual conversation aid built for two people who each want to read and speak from their own phone. Pair the devices on the same Wi-Fi network or hotspot, verify the six-digit code together, then take turns.
Understand before you trust
• See the words recognized or typed on the speaker's side.
• Read the translated turn and a back-translation before relying on it.
• Check plain-language confidence evidence, processing time, and reviewed critical-term matches.
• Mark “Didn't understand” to reopen a turn, replay it slowly, type a correction, or choose a reviewed phrase.
Prepare language packs
Install only the translation models you need before a conversation. Once those models are ready, speech, text translation, back-checking, and playback run on the phones. The two phones still need the same local Wi-Fi network or hotspot to share a live session.
Keep both sides together
Resaka gives each person a reciprocal language role and keeps one deterministic conversation order across the two devices. If the local link drops, committed turns stay saved and can converge again after the phones reconnect.
Use practical reviewed wording
The Phrase Lens includes reviewed everyday phrases for health, work, housing, documents, numbers, money, and medicine. Supported languages are English, Bangla, Malay, Hindi, Spanish, and French.
Keep control of the record
Search saved conversations, inspect low-confidence turns, share a plain-text copy through Android's chooser, or delete a transcript whenever you choose.
Speech input requires a compatible on-device Android speech recognizer. Typed input remains available when speech recognition is unavailable.
Automatic speech recognition and translation can be wrong. Confirm names, amounts, dates, medicine, safety instructions, and legal terms together. Resaka is not a medical device, professional interpreter, emergency service, legal service, or contract verifier.
Hold one repairable bilingual conversation across two nearby phones.
