Halinhinan helps neighboring households coordinate a shared irrigation channel with one clear, reproducible rotation.
Set up the households along a watercourse, enter each exact water share, and record which plots use the same physical gate. Halinhinan calculates a contiguous head-to-tail or tail-to-head schedule from the available supply, observed channel level, uncertainty, and any shortfall carried from an earlier cycle.
At the gate, the active household can start and end its turn with large, direct controls. Duration comes from the phone's monotonic clock, so changing the calendar time does not change a running turn. A neighboring household can witness a completed turn. A turn without a witness remains clearly marked as Claimed and still counts at its recorded value.
Every field action becomes a signed event. Matching copies merge once. If two valid records disagree, Halinhinan preserves every version and marks the turn Disputed until another eligible household signs a resolution. Nothing is silently replaced.
Compare an exact carry-forward ledger after each completed cycle. Entitled water, signed delivery, and remaining deficit stay visible as exact fractions as well as readable time estimates.
Move records directly between participating phones on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot. Where a direct connection is unavailable, show a numbered chain of camera codes on one phone and scan it with another. Both methods compare the resulting schedule hash so households can confirm that their records converged.
Halinhinan does not provide crop advice, map land, measure water flow, collect payments, score households, or decide legal rights. It is a shared field record for communities that already manage a watercourse together.
Plan shared irrigation turns and reconcile signed field records between phones.
