Shared parenting can turn practical facts into scattered messages, uncertain schedules and disputed screenshots. Rakitra gives two co-parents one structured child record for the details that matter to a child's week.
Both parents have equal access. Neither becomes an administrator over the other. Entries are appended to the record and signed on the device, while acknowledgements are recorded separately so the original entry stays unchanged.
Coordinate the next handover
Record pickup details, essentials and a short practical note. For a face-to-face exchange, the two phones can countersign the same handover through QR codes.
Keep a reviewable timeline
See handovers, essentials, schedule claims, expenses, agreements, acknowledgements and disputes together. Each entry includes its author, time, signature status and place in the record's hash chain.
Surface schedule conflicts
When both parents enter overlapping plans, Rakitra keeps both claims visible. A separate resolution records which plan was accepted instead of silently replacing either version.
Track shared expenses
Record an amount, currency, agreed split and optional receipt photo. The money view calculates balances in integer minor units, supports partial payments and refunds, and keeps disputed items visible while excluding them from settlement totals.
Record agreements clearly
Propose a short agreement, including a different expense split when needed. It becomes active only after both parents acknowledge it.
Export and verify
Create a readable PDF and a portable JSON evidence file. Rakitra can verify an export without an account and identifies the affected entry if its signed content was changed.
Controls for sensitive records
Use an app PIN or device biometrics, reduce motion, choose quiet notifications, report any shared entry, open the Child Safety screen, or close your access through Safety Exit.
Rakitra does not include free-form chat or location tracking. Its purpose is a calm, factual record of shared parenting responsibilities.
