Nakeri is a focused test bench for checking visible straight-lockstitch evidence. Photograph the same seam from the top and underside, review the detected paths, and compare one controlled change at a time.
Start with a repeatable test:
• Record the machine, fabric scrap, needle, thread, stitch length, and tension setting.
• Sew at least 25 mm of straight lockstitch beside a millimeter ruler.
• Use the system camera or Photo Picker for the top and underside photographs.
• Check image quality and correct the visible overlay before accepting a result.
Nakeri can describe visible stitch count and pitch, skipped gaps, path deviation, thread crossover indicators, loop or blob indicators, and uncertain spans. Every result stays connected to the evidence shown on screen.
The conservative action guide suggests one bounded, reversible experiment when the evidence supports it. Keep other setup values fixed, photograph the next test, and see whether the measured evidence improved, stayed similar, or worsened. If the evidence is uncertain or the safe adjustment boundary is reached, Nakeri tells you to stop and consult a qualified sewing-machine technician.
Save combinations that worked as material recipes. The local archive keeps machine and material notes with measurements and the selected action. Export a session as a PDF evidence sheet or create a checksum-protected JSON backup that can be validated before restore.
A guided synthetic training sample demonstrates the complete review and comparison workflow without being mixed with your photographs.
Important: Nakeri reports visible test-strip evidence only. It does not diagnose internal machine faults, certify seam strength or safety, replace the machine manual, or recommend internal timing, electrical, or bobbin-screw repairs.
Measure paired stitch evidence and compare one controlled machine adjustment.
