Every family develops its own small language: a gesture for tea, the front door, a favorite person, or a familiar routine. Kuptim helps a signer and hearing relatives teach those personal home signs to one Android phone and understand them together.
Teach each family word with five natural examples. Kuptim follows hands, arms, face, and timing as movement points, then builds a recognition model for that family. It does not correct or rank how anyone signs.
Open Converse and hold the phone like a mirror. When a complete movement is clear enough, the family's chosen word settles at the bottom. Unclear or unknown movement stays unnamed instead of forcing a guess.
If Kuptim shows the wrong word or stays quiet on a known sign, the signer can correct the prediction. Kuptim holds that movement as new family evidence.
Teach can also record ordinary movement so Kuptim learns when to stay quiet. If two words look too similar, it asks for two more contrasting examples of each. Learn lets relatives practice the shared words and trade places.
Move the complete family model directly to another nearby Android phone with Bluetooth. A temporary six-digit code encrypts and authenticates the package, and the receiving family chooses whether to merge or replace its local model.
Kuptim stores the family model on the phone, with optional app PIN or supported biometric unlock. Camera images are processed as landmarks in memory and are not saved.
Kuptim learns only the signs a family teaches it. It is not a general sign-language interpreter, sign-language course, medical device, or emergency communication service.
Teach your phone the personal signs your family uses at home.
