BARBARA. RIEDEL

Barbara Riedel was born in 1987 near Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where she also spent her childhood and youth. After graduating there in Romance Studies with emphasis on Italian and Spanish, she went to Germersheim to study conference interpreting and translation in those same languages. During this time she discovered the digital nomad lifestyle for herself. Digital nomads work independently of their location and almost exclusively online. Many of them can thereby combine work and travel. The world trip that Barbara Riedel began in 2014 was a first step in her new life as a digital nomad.
