Die Tischgesellschaft: Philosophische und kulturwissenschaftliche Annäherungen

Iris Därmann is professor for Cultural Theory and Aesthetics at the Institut für Kulturwissenschaft of the Humboldt University Berlin. Fellowships have seen her work at the IFK, Vienna, the excellence cluster »Cultural Foundations of Social Integration« at the University Konstanz, the IKKM at the Bauhaus-University Weimar and the Käte Hamburger Kolleg »re:work. Work and Human Life Cycle in Global History.« Among others she was member of the research group »Pictograms« at the excellence cluster for »Bild Wissen Gestaltung«, spokesperson for the research group »Oikonomia/Economy« in the excellence cluster »Topoi« and subproject head in the special research area »Transformationen der Antike« [Transformations of Antiquity].

Harald Lemke (apl. Prof. Dr. habil.), freischaffender Philosoph, war bis 2019 Direktor des Internationalen Forums Gastrosophie und ist Autor zahlreicher Bücher zu Politik, Ethik, Ästhetik und Anthropologie. Er lehrte an der Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg und der Slow Food Universität in Pollenzo und hatte Gastprofessuren an der Kyoto Universität sowie der East China Normal University Shanghai inne. Außerdem ist er Fellow der Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes, der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt und der Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Ethik, Politik, Ästhetik, Alltagskultur, Gastrosophie, Utopologie sowie eine kritische Theorie des guten Lebens.
