Sanātana Dharma – Lived Experience

When Scriptures Become a Life

What if everything you were told about scriptures is incomplete?

What if Krishna, Shakti, Shiva, and Rama are not figures of the past—

but living forces moving within your own consciousness… right now?

This is not a book you read for knowledge.

This is a book that reveals something you may have already begun to feel.

This is the first volume of the sanatana dharma – a lived experince series of five volumes.

Sanātana Dharma – Lived Experience is a rare and deeply personal account of how the core archetypes of Sanātana Dharma unfold naturally within a single ordinary human life—without seeking, without belief, and without following any system.

This journey moves through distinct inner phases:

• the innocence and playful intelligence of Bāla-Kṛṣṇa

• the awakening of attraction and rasa in adolescence

• the flowering of devotion (bhakti)

• samādhi arising not from discipline, but from love

• the rise of Shakti and the fierce clarity of Durga

• the stillness, isolation, and depth of the Shiva phase

• and the final grounding into balance, simplicity, and order—the Rama state

Nothing here is borrowed.

Nothing is imagined.

Everything is lived.

Premyogi Vajra shows that the ancient scriptures of Sanātana Dharma are not myths or symbolic stories—they are precise maps of human consciousness that continue to operate even today, in modern life filled with work, relationships, and responsibility.

This book is for those who:

• feel that truth must be experienced, not believed

• sense an inner movement but cannot yet define it

• are confused by conflicting ideas around tantra, kundalini, and devotion

• seek a real, grounded account of awakening—free from exaggeration

• want to understand how spirituality can exist within everyday life

This is not a teaching.

Not a method.

Not a promise.

It is a mirror.

And if something within you has already begun to awaken,

this book may not give you answers—

It may show you what has already begun.

Sanātana Dharma is not a religion.

It is life itself, becoming aware of its own depth.

If you have ever wondered whether the ancient paths still function today—

this book is your answer.

About the author

Premyogi Vajra is not a conventional teacher—he is a direct explorer of consciousness whose work arises from lived experience rather than formal scholarship or institutional teaching.

Author of more than 60 books in Hindi and English, his writing spans a wide spectrum of inquiry into spirituality, inner awareness, and human perception. Yet, his work is not rooted in abstract theory—it emerges from direct observation and practical exploration of consciousness itself.

His journey into inner transformation has been shaped by deep meditation, tantric understanding, and what he calls practical spiritual research—an approach that places experience above belief. Along this path, he has encountered profound states of awareness, including moments where the sense of individuality dissolves into a unified field of consciousness—states often described in yogic traditions as samadhi.

He has undergone two significant awakenings. The first unfolded spontaneously in a dream state during adolescence. The second arose through deliberate and systematic yogic practice in his forties. He has also reached states approaching keval kumbhak—the spontaneous suspension of breath—associated with nirvikalpa samadhi. Yet, he remains grounded in the understanding that such realization is not fully stabilized, and continues his practice with sincerity and dedication.

Rather than following rigid systems or borrowed doctrines, his path has been intuitive and experiential—focused on directly perceiving truth rather than adopting it from external authorities.

Beyond his inner explorations, Premyogi Vajra lives a balanced and grounded life. He has a deep interest in organic farming and animal welfare, reflecting his connection with nature and sustainable living. He enjoys meaningful cinema with his family, often combining it with travel and shared experiences.

His journeys are not merely recreational—they are driven by curiosity, observation, and a desire to understand life in its diverse expressions. In his quieter moments, he turns to music, playing the flute, harmonium, and guitar. Reading and writing remain his inborn passions.

Through his work, he does not seek followers, nor does he promote fixed doctrines. Instead, he extends an invitation—

to question, to explore, and to discover truth directly.

This book is one such invitation.
