Work is the most significant part of human existence that the entire creation and existence of this universe is based on the urge of doing some work every moment. Even how slow nature works but it always moving in certain way and direction. Humans seek work to find the meaning in their lives. They work a lot so they can feel brave, powerful and productive all the time. It's absolutely true that when people meet us, the only question they ask is what we do so they can decide where to place us in their priority list but most people don't understand that we don't execute our work but it’s our work that transforms us in the long run. We; humans take our work lightly to carry out anything to make the living and lose ourselves slowly until we lose all of our hope. Losing the work you love is the the lost opportunity to analyse your potential. People are doing anything for money. Of course we need money but not in that way. Earning money only through your work is the cheapest labour you can do and that will exhaust you slowly in the long run. The exhaustion will always compound and then you will curse your life later. We can curse life all the time but never think deeply of what we really have to do so we really live better. Rare people sit all alone, feel their boredom, sense their idleness and remain in deep solitude to analyse what they really are. Even most people don't sit alone for too long because as soon as they sit in their companies, they find their throat to the edge of their tongue and then they feel extremely lonely after a few hours. I don't find it as coincidence but our plan is to run away from ourselves and to keep ourselves busy deliberately in anything we perceive first. We indulge ourselves with more desires, people and celebrations until we get exhausted with all of them. Humans do something all the time; something that means anything or any importance. For us, the significant ones feel what the majority approves of and we treat the rest as a curse or insignificant to human existence. It's a wiring to our minds that when someone takes a rest for a few hours, he feels unproductive for no reason. Can you imagine how much we have changed ourselves? We curse the culture of calming down and resting and appreciate the hustle culture but there's a real catch most people don't understand. You don't choose your work. The work chooses you. If you don't love something, every second feels like a burden. If you do something that you don't love, you would find other ways to get the proper rest and meditation and after that you would always be exhausted because your mind would fight and force you again for the work you don't want to do. That's your soul. Your soul accepts only what you really are, not what you pretend to be.
Unlearning Toxic Productivity, 30 Minutes Read is definitely not an ordinary book as it transformed my life while I was writing it and definitely, it will yours too. Everything I write these days has become my self-transformation and reflecting my decade of self-experience. I have lived all alone for years without much human touch. I woke up and slept alone and I can say; that's the most difficult and easiest task and most importantly; I understood myself and then after, all the games of this system have mostly ended for me. I’m in the system yet more inclined to take responsibility of my own blissfulness. I choose people or sit alone. I create my own blissfulness because I tried to know myself and over the years all learning have become my conscious habits and ideas that every time I get out of my way, I consciously implement those powerful habits and become more and more energetic without much interaction. I appreciate social connections but there are something more deep techniques I found lately to unlearning toxic productivity. This book has all those natural methods and informational techniques that you can apply spontaneously and get the best results. Remember, you have to create your own blissfulness in peace and you will become unbeatable.
