a little slower paced than the other ones I've read. It answers a lot of questions I've had though and is a good read Don't miss this one!

Centering the perspective of Dr. Adya Mensah, best friend to our favorite human-bot hybrid Murderbot, this is a brief interstitial illuminating how they are habituating to life together. There's no new violence, just some friends coping with the lasting consequences of their traumas. I wonder if the author wrote this short story to support the effort to adapt this story for television? If Murderbot Diaries were an RPG, this is our save game file for the conclusion of the first plotline.
