About the author

T. L. Shreffler grew up only a few blocks away from Warner Bros. and Disney studios in Burbank, CA, where she attended John Burroughs High School (class of 2006) and pursued an English degree from Cal State Northridge. Inspired by a creative community of friends, family and neighbors, she has dedicated herself to her creative goals since her teen years. She has been writing The Cat's Eye Chronicles and other works since she was 12 years old.

In 2020, she moved to Washington State and currently lives in Snohomish County with her family. She loves diversity, travel, and experiencing different cultures. She especially loves good coffee, rainstorms, small towns, big trees, and uncovering strange and eclectic artifacts while thrifting.

She holds a BA in Eloquence (English) and her poetry has been published in Eclipse: A Literary Journal and The Northridge Review. She is author of The Cat's Eye Chronicles (YA/Epic Fantasy), The White (a dragon-hunting YA adventure currently being reworked,) and her latest project, Skydust Kingdoms.
