The only thing I would love to see improved are the workout tables themselves. On mobile devices they appear broken up and indecipherable. But you ross edgley I commend for your contribution to fitness and the betterment of mankind with your empowering displays of fitness. Your shining intellect and infectious good natured tenacity for knowledge. I liked your playful voice, you didn't write a text book yet conveyed a swath of knowledge. Thank you. Keep on.

Very informative and educational. Doesn't promote anything but exploration in ones own fitness journey with well studied athletes and tribes. Workouts and meal plans included.
