About this ebook

Not how to avoid pain. How to hold it and keep living. By someone who has.

This isn't written by an expert looking down at you. It's written by someone who once sat on the floor, unable to breathe from grief.

The Power of Pain won't ask you to feel less, rush your healing, or find a silver lining. It won't offer quick fixes.

What it offers instead:

πŸ›‘οΈ Why pain is a messenger, not an enemy β€” and what it's trying to tell you

πŸŒ— Why you can't know real relief without having carried real weight

πŸ” Why avoiding pain only delays it β€” and makes it heavier

πŸ•ŠοΈ How to stop blaming, and start understanding what the pain actually needs

🧊 Why numbness costs you more than the pain ever would

Five honest chapters. No forced positivity. No pretending you're fine.

You're allowed to feel exactly what you feel right now.

I'm leaning on God's Grace to get me through a lot of suffering right now. I don't think the book is helpful now and i have discovered what it is through the encouragement from various believers and not a book. Thank God for the body of Christ. God is faithful when we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have had therapy and most of was bad. To me it was like the rapist. No one had truly helped so my conclusion is no book, no person, or anyone but God has done more for me then anyone. I resolved issues between me and my parents. Got through all the lies i believed and can only work things out with people who want to work problems out with. Let go of the rest. Some books can be helpful and other times you have to do your own therapy when mostly people let you down. God works for free when you haven't got much.

I liked this book. Definitely Helpful on a personal scale.I liked the message and theme of the book because it speaks truth to what I actually go through. Thank you Author, for the indirect therapy session,as your book truly creates a feeling of self reflection and a better understanding as to why Pain is necessary in this life that at times is unbearable.I hope others feel the same way as I do, because I enjoyed it.
