I love this series, the plot is engaging and the characters are dynamic, the author has a writing style that just flows and i lose hours quickly. But, there are quite a few continuity errors throughout the series in between books, and this particular book had some egregious formatting issues.

Love her take on the fae world and culture. She recaps the previous novel so well, perfect for anyone who missed a book but doesn't want to be lost. Absolutely love both the merry gentry series and Anita Blake, which is larger. It has vampires, supernatural powers, and necromancers, wereanimals of many flavors, and fae. With a small petite bad a$$ woman as the main character, 😆

this book was so captivating, it drew you in with every chapter. every turn and twist was wonderfully beautiful yet the ending had me crying my eyes out. I can't wait to read the next book to see what awaits
