About this ebook

Can what's forgotten be forgiven?

Haunted by visions and memories, Landon seeks answers.

He's identified the man in his nightmares. An exorcist in Rome.

He's the only one who might know the truth...

There's an encroaching darkness, an impeding war between angels and demons...

A lot of people will die if Landon doesn't remember a secret he's forgotten.

Is this Landon's chance to reconcile with his past? To atone for his former evil?

Will he achieve the redemption he seeks?

Or will recovering those lost memories turn him back into the demon he used to be?

Sometimes the greatest evil we must face is the one that resides within.

Broken Wings is the second book in The Unfallen: a fast-paced, action-packed Christian suspense series. Fans of novels by Frank Peretti, like This Present Darkness, or fans of Lynette Eason or Colleen Coble, will fall in love with Landon Walker. An on-the-edge-of-your-seat redemption story.

Wow. Talk about intense! Landon and Sarah go to Rome to learn more about Landon’s past. I don’t think they were ready for all that happened. This is an interesting view of being focused on the wrong things in life…things that give a false sense of righteousness. I enjoyed this book, and I am enjoying the quest that Landon and Sarah are on. It is extremely well written!

Landon Walker is such an interesting character. As he and Sarah travel to Rome seeking answers the mystery and danger increase. While some questions are answered, others appear. One thing I like in this series aside from the mystery and action, is the philosophical and spiritual discussions. I frequently read a passage several times and ponder on the meaning and application in today's world. I also liked the author note at the end of the book. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Landon believes that Father Sciplini has the answers he needs so a trip to Rome is required. Sarah also goes to Rome where they are both caught up in Belial's design for the Priests of the Vatican. This story contains plenty of drama, a bit of action, and ends with a cliffhanger I received a copy of this book via the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
