Like another reviewer said, I just couldn't get past the author's interjections about her own life. I found myself questioning if those things really happened or not. I don't recommend this book. I had a hard time finishing it and regret buying it.

Powerful, honest and much needed alternative to modern life denial. If it didn't sit well with others then perhaps Truth is what their hearts and souls need?*
