I rented the audiobook from my local library app on a whim because I was looking for something to listen to while working. I didn't know how much I needed to hear everything this book has to offer. I came to buy the ebook because it makes me feel like a better person; this type of love of self in this book needs to be supported and cherished again and again.

This book was nothing but the truth , I swear most of the things in the book I could relate to and I have thought about, it really assured me that I am not the only person that think this way. Book was a great read.

This book is amazing. I have went through a lot of self sabotage most of my life and I didn't think anybody could understand because people are so full of themselves and lack humility. This author really opened my eyes to a lot. thank you
