Ashford Creek is a town full of broken people, they all seem to be suffering some heartbreak, lots of single dads and women who need to escape. Bhodi definitely fits the heartbroken role after his wife and kids died in a housefire he has been hiding on his mountain and avoiding people as much as possible. Keira, the drummer who replaced his dead brother, turns up needing somewhere to hide and his property is the ideal place. These two broken people find peace and hope together.
