About this ebook
An unstable vampire. A dangerous obsession. One woman holds the power to save or destroy him.
The vampire Cyneric straddles two realms, the mortal world and the Unseen. Yet he doesn’t belong in either. Once enslaved to the god Eros, Cyneric is now free—and teetering on the edge of madness.
Humans confound him, yet he cannot survive without their blood.
Armed with irresistible seduction skills, the vampire searches in vain for the object of his obsession. Until he stumbles onto the mortal Amanda—the only being doesn’t fear him.
Can she save him? Or will he drag them both into the abyss?
Cyneric is the seventh book in the Undercover Elementals series of steamy romantasy, and the first to be told exclusively from the hero's point of view.

I really enjoyed this paranormal romance book. It was the first book I've read in this series and I loved the fact that the FMC was older and not a young beautiful girl. Cyneric was plagued with uncontrolled powers and was sent on a journey to correct this and help save the destruction of realms. He meets Amanda, a human with past dealings with the paranormal world and not afraid of Cyneric. This book was exciting and steamy and I can't wait to read more books in this series! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Cyneric is a complex character that I'm glad that we finally are getting his story. Cyneric and Amanda are amazing together. She see something in him that most don't and he is completely obsessed with her. The writing is so vivid and engrossing. This was a captivating adventure and additon to the Undercover Elementals series.

While this is the 7th book in a series, it is my first Anna Durand novella, and I wasn't disappointed. Delightfully hot and sexy. Great characters, and a well written storyline. Would recommend. Will read more from this author! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
