INTRODUCTION
This is a Game Book unlike any other…
The ECO World Game is a simulation of economic life. Get yourself a die, choose your activity, and set off on an adventure. Through 100 favorable, unfavorable, or unexpected situations, you will have to make decisions, assess your resources, face the dragons of the economy, and climb the ladders that allow you to move forward. Your objective: to build up savings of 100,000 θ (Theta). But beware: in ECO World, reaching the end does not necessarily mean that you have succeeded.
You can also use the audio version of this book. You can listen to the content of each square and navigate through the book just as you would with the eBook, using the book's table of contents (Kebab menu). Simply pause after each square. If the book were distributed in PDF or paper format, you would simply turn the pages to move from one square to the next.
Many business schools offer management simulation labs or junior enterprises where students can put their knowledge into practice. Incubators also organize hackathons and similar activities. This game book is our way of helping you put into practice what you have learned throughout the books in the collection that we have made available to you. You can return to it at any time to improve your score, or simply revisit a sequence that you feel is particularly important.
All that remains is for us to wish you an enjoyable simulation game—and, in a very different but equally important sense, a successful launch of your business in the market.
