Kate was just a small town doctor who didn't want to deal with the drama. She lived her life doing her job and helping out when she could. Though when she is called in by the detective working on cold case files she knew this would be a headache.

He came up with an idea and it would require them to go undercover together and be married. He only hoped he could break her walls down and let her see the real person he was.
