Guarding the Package

Kate was the youngest child of two famous parent. She had been given the best of everything except the bonds she wanted with the family. She then long since walked away from the people there. She did not follow in the family's footsteps. Instead of being in the movies or on the radio she was an award-winning author. However, that was not good enough for her family. They came up with a plan to use her though.

That is where Max Anderson comes into her story. The publisher she was working with hired her because of some threats she was receiving via email. The Bodyguard was everything she had ever thought was good in a man. His accent though was the thing that drove her near insane. He was able to cut through the threats and to make sure she remains safe. That was his plan. Until he saw what her family really wanted he knew there was one way forward. He needed her to fire him. When she did it changed everything for them both.
