Farm Team, Found Family: A Small Town MM Hockey Romance

The ice was supposed to be his whole life. Now, he's just trying to find a home.

Mason Cole was a first-round NHL pick. Now, he’s battling a career-panicking demotion to the minors and the crushing, exhausting weight of the closet. Sent to the freezing small town of Millhaven, he expects a miserable season of riding the pine. What he doesn't expect is the warmth of a local billet house, or the man running it.

Luke Harrington is the stoic, broad-shouldered rink manager whose own hockey dreams were shattered by a blown knee at nineteen. Carrying the weight of the town on his flannel-clad shoulders, Luke is a fiercely protective, closeted man who communicates his affection through fixed doors, hot meals, and quiet observation. He sees right through Mason’s media-trained charm to the broken man underneath.

Forced into close quarters, the tension between them builds through late-night skating sessions and shared glances. But when Mason takes a brutal hit on the ice, the simmering attraction finally boils over into a passionate, undeniable connection that changes everything.

Can a hotshot player desperate to reclaim his glory and a quiet caretaker who has already lost everything build a future together?

Farm Team, Found Family is an intense, emotional, and steamy MM sports romance featuring a masterful slow burn, a grumpy/sunshine dynamic, a bisexual awakening, and a deeply loyal found family.
