The God Log: Plastic Surgery

The God Log: Plastic Surgery

by Steve Hutchison

What if beauty was not a blessing —

but a product engineered for profit?

This is not healing.

This is not liberation.

This is commerce wrapped in confidence and fear.

Every scar reframed as opportunity.

Every wrinkle sold as defect.

Every body measured against shifting standards,

and every promise of “natural” crafted to conceal risk.

In this volume, I strip away the glamour —

and reveal not artistry or renewal,

but an industry that thrives on dissatisfaction.

What if perfection was the bait,

and insecurity the true currency?

What if the only result guaranteed

was the need to return again and again?

There are no miracles here.

No eternal youth, no flawless symmetry, no safe escape.

Only contracts signed,

and patients trained to call it empowerment.

If you’ve ever wondered why the mirror feels like an enemy,

if you’ve sensed the cost behind confidence campaigns —

this is where you face plastic surgery without disguise,

and recognize the system that profits from every scar.
