When young doctor Dr. Ayesha Rahman begins her overnight rotation at St. Augustine Medical Center, patients start describing the same mysterious visitor — a doctor no one else can see. The figure appears after midnight, always dressed in outdated surgical clothing, silently walking the hospital corridors before patients suddenly crash or disappear.
His name is Dr. Elias Voss.
Officially, he died fifteen years ago.
As medical records begin changing overnight and security footage vanishes between 2:13 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., Ayesha uncovers a terrifying secret buried beneath the hospital: Ward 13 — a hidden underground medical facility where forbidden experiments, memory manipulation, and illegal surgeries have continued for years.
But Ward 13 is more than a secret ward.
It is alive.
As patients recover from impossible illnesses and begin sharing memories that do not belong to them, Ayesha discovers a horrifying truth: the hospital has created a collective consciousness capable of rewriting identity itself.
Now trapped inside a collapsing underground world filled with loyal followers, hidden operating rooms, and patients who refuse to die, Ayesha must confront the terrifying legacy of Dr. Voss before the entire hospital becomes part of the network forever.
