Buried in Silence
About this audiobook
A haunting psychological thriller where silence is more terrifying than any scream.
When investigative journalist Clara Doss arrives in the rural town of Bell’s Hollow, she’s searching for answers about six people who vanished without a trace. But in a place where even the wind has stopped whispering, every silence hides something unspeakable.
Locals insist nothing ever happened.
The sheriff smiles too easily.
And when Clara plays back her interviews, entire hours of audio are missing.
Her investigation uncovers something far darker than a small-town secret — a decades-old cover-up, a buried environmental crime, and a collective lie so powerful it’s erased both memory and evidence. As Clara delves deeper, she begins to lose time, hear whispers in her recordings, and question her own reality. The truth may be buried beneath the town… but the silence itself is alive — and waiting for her.
Perfect for fans of Gillian Flynn, T. Kingfisher, and Alex Michaelides, Buried in Silence is a chilling blend of psychological suspense, supernatural horror, and investigative mystery. It explores what happens when truth is smothered, voices are erased, and one woman dares to listen to the sound the world refuses to hear.
