Space Baby: An ABDL space adventure

Charles was the pilot and second-in-command of the faster-than-light space freighter Ellipse, which serviced Earth colonies, space stations and other outposts light-years from Earth. The crew typically spent much of the journey in suspended animation primarily because there was nothing to do in between destinations. But Charles was different.

Charles was a long-time nappy-dependent adult baby who, instead of hibernating, spent the long days and weeks enjoying total freedom as a baby, living out of his hidden nursery in Bay 83.

But his tranquil existence was about to be upended when a new junior engineer who hated hibernation discovered him.

Charles was... a Space Baby, and he went by two names: Baby Wendy or Baby Sandy.
