Charles was a long-time nappy-dependent adult baby who, instead of hibernating, spent the long days and weeks enjoying total freedom as a baby, living out of his hidden nursery in Bay 83.
But his tranquil existence was about to be upended when a new junior engineer who hated hibernation discovered him.
