About this audiobook

Gage Anderson was called to the hospital by his brother who was informed by his father there was something very wrong with his mother. When he arrived, all of his brothers were there along with his father, but the young woman, his parents had helped raise was not there, so he went to go and get her. It had been years since he had seen her. He still thought of her as a young child who had escaped her yard and found her way into his. Kate had spent years rewriting her future from the horrible past that she had been forced to start from. The love of the two people she called her parents who were nothing more than neighbors was the only thing that helped her be able to do anything. They had been her support and their sons, all four of them had become like her brothers. So when Gage showed up at her door she knew something was wrong.

Gage had never felt the way he did when he helped Kate that night. It was like all the pieces that he was missing in life fell into place. He was trying to figure out why and at the same time trying to keep her close, but when their lips met for the first time, there was no question they were supposed to be together. They only had to get rid of the way they thought about each other and move forward.

With everything going on around them, though they had other issues to deal with at the same time. It is always darkest before the dawn.
