INTRODUCTION

While writing this handbook, I was torn between my vision of the collective affirmation enterprise, which I have called collective messianism (working in synergy through economic self-competition), and my experience of intra-community collaborations (bearing in mind that inter-community collaboration is often marked by unease), which are frequently doomed to failure because of mistrust among team members. More than a question of leadership, it is a mode of interaction that needs to be adjusted so that each participant in the collective enterprise can find a balance between freedom, room for maneuver, and commitment to serving the common project founded within the legal structure that will serve as its driving force. Since our focus is on the Transformation of the capabilities of the Informal economy and diaspora resources into economic alternatives, we will lay the groundwork to enable each operator to make an informed choice regarding the form of collaboration to adopt once the time has come to grow. Thus, our monograph will aim to:

·        Understand the foundations and challenges of collective entrepreneurship;

·        Identify the informal dynamics at work within enterprises;

·        Understand one's personal definition and project vision;

·        Apply Market Research frameworks (PESTEL model, Porter's Five Forces, informal approach);

·        Stand out from the competition through one's competitive advantage;

·        Integrate innovation and understand the keys to the success of a collective project;

·        Understand the sociocultural sources that cause crises of confidence and the dissolution of a team;

·        Know how to choose the legal form of a collective enterprise from the perspective of Community Economy.
