Office Hours Only: An Age-Gap Sapphic Workplace Romance

She’s spent her whole life following the rules. Now she’s breaking them for the Director of HR.

Elena Shaw is twenty-six, hyper-competent, and drowning. After a vindictive VP hands her a failing project designed to destroy her career, she retreats to a stairwell to privately fall apart. But she isn't alone.

Renee Vale is the Director of Human Resources. At forty-two, she is immaculate, untouchable, and structurally incapable of letting her guard down. When she calls Elena into her office, it isn't for a reprimand. It’s to offer forty-five minutes of total, undivided attention—and a dangerous proposition: Stop hiding.

What starts as a closed-door professional mentoring session quickly fractures into something entirely unprofessional. Renee is methodical, dominant, and determined to dismantle Elena's defenses. Elena is desperate to surrender control to the one woman in the building who sees exactly what she’s worth.

But the corporate ladder is unforgiving. With a massive promotion on the line and vicious office politics threatening to expose them, Elena and Renee must decide if what they’ve built in the lamplight can survive the harsh glare of the executive floor.

Office Hours Only is a high-heat, high-stakes sapphic romance featuring an ice-queen boss, intense power dynamics, and a fiercely hard-earned happily ever after.
