I've never had a problem with the app until today. Please fix it. I had to go through Uber, which means that I'm not going to get points for my purchase due to y'alls error, and it costs more as well. It keeps popping an error message about the payment method in app and online... so something is wrong on both ends, and it's not my card because if that was the case, Uber would've failed, too.

Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!

Since the recent update, I can no longer select my tropic reward. I received the email telling me that I activated tropic mode for July and that I needed to select my reward within 7 days. I have been doing this since this reward started months ago. But now, since the rewards have changed, I'm unable to select it. I click on it, and it just brings me back to the home page. It is very frustrating.
