I tried to place an order online to take advantage of their bundle deals, which are advertised at great prices. Unfortunately, the system wouldn’t let me check out. When I went in person, the manager said they weren’t allowed to fix the issue, and I was told that if the online system doesn't work, I’d have to pay the higher in-store price—no exceptions. Even after showing them the problem, they still wont honor online price. i guess its just easier to go somewhere else

Every time I try to order on the app for a online only special, the app says some items are not available at this location, change location to different store and same comment. When I phone the location they can do the order but not at discounted price. For the price of wings you would assume that the customer satisfaction would be paramount to bring in repeat business. But not with BW's . I'm done, I'll stick the the local dive bar for my wings and beer 🍺

Warning ppl: Now, the newest update has the default order setting as Pick-Up. I guess it's to coincide with them turning into mostly take out, but it's inconvenient. It should remember your last preference. Sigh. It doesn't warn you or anything and sometimes it doesn't ask for driver tip depending on the 3rd party service they choose that day so it's annoying. I was told to order more food and theyll add it all in one bag or I have to call in the AM and talk to the manager about a refund.
