Christmas Fireplace Watch Face

Like an old mantel clock above a winter fire.

The dial is warm walnut with polished brass hour markers and fine white minute ticks. At six o'clock a bed of glowing embers fills the lower dial, and small flames rise from it and flicker gently from second to second. The animation stays calm and never covers the time.

Brass leaf hands with a cream inlay tell the hours and minutes. A slim red second hand with a small brass disc sweeps across the dial.

When the watch switches to always-on, the fire rests: flames and second hand disappear, the dial goes dark and the brass hands remain.
