Got notification for a reward for half off sandwich. No terms, conditions, or explanations other than what was in basically a single sentence in the notification. I tried repeatedly to order and use the reward at checkout, and it kept denying to allow use of the reward. Bait and switch. I voted with my wallet, ate elsewhere.

This app has some real design issues. It should remember the FOOD of past orders -- not just the entire order itself. Right now, you can only repeat a past ORDER as a complete package -- including how and where you ordered. If I placed an order last week for pickup, but want it for delivery this time, I should be able to tell it to do the same order again, but for pickup (but you can't). Same if I want to repeat the food, but from a different store (you can't). Just do favorites properly.

They started placing ads after you place your order. They put them there like the cowards they are because they know people, myself included, would cancel their orders if we were advertised to. I get enough ads in my every day life I don't want to see them in my food ordering app. Seeing an ad like that makes me LESS likely to use whatever product is being shown to me
