SEBASTIAN DULLIEN is Economics Correspondent at the Financial Times Deutschland, the German language edition of the FT. Previously he worked as a short term expert for the Deutsches Institut fur Wirtschaftsforschung. He also teaches at the Freie Universitat in Berlin.
