Sarah Swafford

Sarah Swafford is the founder of Emotional Virtue Ministries (emotionalvirtue.com), and speaks to teens and young adults about how to live a drama-free life. She is the co-host of the EWTN show, At the Heart of Relationships, and is featured in the Chosen confirmationseries and the YDisciple youth ministry program. Sarah also works on Special Projects for Catholic Identity for Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, where she and her husband reside with their children.
