Richard S. Bucy

Richard Snowden Bucy, also known as Dick Bucy, was an American aerospace engineer and applied mathematician. He is an IEEE fellow and is best known for his contributions to the Kalman-Bucy filter, developed together with Rudolf E. Kálmán.
