Ramses A. Wessel is Professor of European Law at the University of Groningen. He publishes on various dimensions of European law, with a focus on the interface between EU law and international and domestic law, EU External Relations Law, EU Common Foreign, Security and Defence Policy and the Law of International Organizations.
