Maxwell J. Fry

Maxwell J. Fry holds the Tokai Bank Chair in International Finance at the University of Birmingham. His previous positions include the London School of Economics, the University of Hawaii, the University of California at Irvine and Los Angeles, Oxford University, and consultancies with the Asian Development Bank, the Bank of England, the International Monetary Fund, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the World Bank.
