She grew up in Baltimore and now lives in Taneytown, MD, so she's gotten a taste of living in both a big city and a small town. She has written numerous screenplays of various genres, and two of her scripts have been optioned by production companies in Los Angeles. As reflected in many of her novels, she is an avid baseball and showtunes fan, as well as a lover of animals. Though she is fascinated by all things paranormal, she admits to being scared of ghosts.
