Lani Kingston

Lani Kingston's last book How to Make Coffee was an international best-seller, and has since been translated into two Nordic languages and was adapted into a US edition by Abrams Books. Lani has written extensively about food and drink for international travel publications and in academia. Armed with a Masters in Food Studies, chef and barista qualifications, an extensive career in coffee and chocolate production, she moved from the world's newest coffee-darling city of Melbourne, Australia to a city with a long-steeped coffee heritage - London, England.
