Kevin J. James is Professor of History at the University of Guelph, Canada, and founder of the Tourism History Working Group. His publications include Tourism, Land, and Landscape in Ireland: The Commodification of Culture (New York and Abingdon: Routledge, 2014) and Histories, Meanings and Representations of the Modern Hotel (Bristol: Channel View Publications, 2018).
