Gagandeep Kaur (Professor of law)

GAGANDEEP KAUR, PhD (Cyber Law and e-Commerce), is with School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. With a passion for mentoring students, research, teaching and delivering special lectures in Cyber Law, Information and Communication Technology Law and Copyright Law domains, Dr. Gagandeep has published/presented numerous research papers in national and international journals/conferences. She has authored one book on 'Jurisprudence of e-Commerce and Consumer Protection' and also editor of another book on 'Emerging Dimensions of Cyber Law & IPR: Issues & Challenges in 21st Century'. She has judged several competitions on Moot Court, Trial Advocacy, Mediation and chaired technical sessions in Conferences across India. She has been invited as a resource person and a professional speaker in various Workshops and FDPs.
