She is an author of books for all ages, including Young Gifted and Black, Step Into Your Power, Big Ideas for Young Thinkers, and more. She is also a co-author of Road Map for Revolutionaries and the introduction and oral history to Together We Rise: Behind the Scenes at the Protest Heard Around the World.
