Ian Theasby

Henry Firth and Ian Theasby are the duo behind BOSH!, one of the UK's most-loved plant-based food brands. With more than a million cookbooks sold, 3 million fans, and 4 billion views, their mission remains the same as when they shared their very first recipe video almost a decade ago: to help more people eat more plants.
