Hélène Lambert

H_l+ne Lambert is Reader in Law at the University of Westminster. She has written extensively on asylum, refugees and human rights, and acted as a consultant for the Council of Europe, and the Governments of Moldova, Ukraine and Serbia-Montenegro.
